Concert Sponsors will have their business logo or personal dedication printed in the

concert program, as well as be included in any advertising appropriate to the concert or full season and be included in any media coverage HCA might receive for the specific concert or season.

What this gift supports: 

A concert sponsorship covers a good portion of the costs incurred in presenting one concert, which include:  

• minimum of $1000 for music for the choir
• $250 for piano tuning,
• Upwards of $750 for concert program printing costs. 

This does not include fees incurred in preparation for a concert, such as accompanist’s or conductor’s honorariums for rehearsals, musician’s fees (including accompanist and any other guest musicians needed), rental fees for the venues (if applicable), additional insurance (if required), or rental fees for extra scores for additional musicians. 

Corporate Sponsors will have their business logo or personal dedication printed in the

concert program, as well as be included in any advertising appropriate to the concert or full season and be included in any media coverage HCA might receive for the specific concert or season.

What this gift supports: 

A community business or individual making an annual donation of $5,000 or more would make an

incredible difference in the ongoing work of Hagerstown Choral Arts. Support such as this would help

HCA move toward future goals, such as hosting a choral festival or founding a children’s choir for the

students of Washington County.
